Gear shipped, delivered and ready to-go, I came on as #videoengineer and audio-visual operator this week’s event buildout, operations and strike.

#Customerservice becomes one of the key ingredients. The work is #avsolutions but it’s more than that. As one of key personnel onsite, you have to make it all work. This means troubleshoot while aiding your other onsite team from the project manager, booth builder and local crews to come together and handle any client requests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
