Events like this require multiple breakout rooms, and the success of each space comes down to how well it\u2019s built and managed. While the overall system design is consistent from room to room, layouts often vary based on room size and specific client requests. The foundation has a core system, but additional gear and adjustments are added as needed to meet each room\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I came in as a Video Engineer and built out several assigned breakout rooms. Managing these spaces meant ensuring all equipment was properly configured, tested, and fully operational. It also involved setting each room up in a way that allowed the various crew members to step in and run smoothly during this large-scale event.
