Always on task, the day was spent verifying a high level event launch presentation with A-Lister Actors and Entertainers, while managing any other requests possible. Such support includes: Installation and tech multiple village departments, Find solutions for all show, technical, software and file issues. Adjust animation speeds or rebuild sequences per actual use and onscreen impact and show order. Fix any visual errors such as damaged or misplaced graphics or content, while running an all day rehearsal for a 1 day, 8 hour show.
Working with #Presenters on #Prompter, takes focus for all departments to stay in sync.
Any script revisions can affect a cue, a call or the presenters on stage. Staying on cue is critical.
Additional support was offered to manage media content by setting up PlaybackPro stations and building lists orders, adjusting playback trim points, sync and mange back up machine list and files.
